We understand that joining a new gym can be a little intimidating. We have an awesome crew that are super welcoming and supportive and you’ll get that vibe straight away. We don’t let you just jump in on our small group sessions and away you go though. We meet everyone first to discuss training and injury history, chat about goals, availability, show you our facility and take you through your options – small group, 1-1 or hybrid (a combination of both) and tell you everything you need to know about our programmes. If suitable for groups we then take you through a movement screen, run through some fundamental movements and you’ll complete you’re pre exercise questionnaire and waiver so you that you can start your 1 week trial right away. If we feel like you need some 1-1 sessions to better prepare you for our small group training or you would prefer 1-1 over group training then you jump on our 3xPT Trial and work with one of our highly qualified coaches. After this we can decide if you’re ready for groups or need some more 1-1 coaching before joining them, maybe you’ll prefer this option long term too. Who knows.

We want more people just like the awesome crew we already have here and you’ll get a feel for who we are, what we are about and you’ll get to meet some of the crew you’ll be training with during this time too. After the first week, if you decide to continue you’ll progress to a full membership, sit down with our nutritionist, get your tshirt and start moving closer to your goals.
We don’t do lock in contracts either, we want the people training here to want to be here and get the results they’re after. If at any stage you want to opt out, no hard feelings. We aren’t for everyone and we’re fine with that. How boring would it be if we all liked the same stuff.
